Setup
IN THIS ARTICLE:
At the start of a review, you can select your Document Staging and Locked Duplicates folders, determine which document fields will be propagated from source documents to their duplicates by ReviewSmart, opt to enable a check for family coding inconsistencies, and identify all custodians associated with each source/duplicates group.
Folder setup
You have the option to select folders for Document Staging and Locked Duplicates. If configured, ReviewSmart will move Duplicates which exist in the “Document Staging” folder to the “Locked Duplicates” folder during their initial Analysis.
Document Staging
- Click Select folder under Document Staging.
- Click the checkbox in the popup for your selection.
- Click Select.
To clear your selection, click on the X next to the folder name.
Locked Duplicates
- Click Select folder under Locked Duplicates.
- Click the checkbox in the popup for your selection.
- Click Select.
To clear your selection, click on the X next to the folder name.
Good to know
Selecting a folder for either Document Staging or Locked Duplicates is optional and should be done prior to review.
Field propagation
Choose fields to propagate.
Add fields
Click Add new record to select your propagation fields.
Enable Family Check
You have the option to check for family coding inconsistencies in fields added to propagation setup. Click the checkbox next to any propagation field to enable Family Check.
Family Check is automatically run on enabled fields during Propagation.
Custodian Setup
To identify all custodians of each document at the component level, select a custodian source field.
Click Configure and save when you are finished with Setup.
